Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective item return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopsareena.co@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or defective product.
We will assess the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Please ensure that you carefully review your order details, including product specifications, sizes, and colors, before completing your purchase. Sareena & Co is not responsible for errors in order placement.
Please note Sareena & Co is not responsible for Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. As a small business, we are not able to incur the cost of reshipping the item.
